Horizontal Progress Bar Timer with Countdown Mode and Editable Minutes and Seconds

A bold, stripped-back timer template featuring a horizontal animated progress bar beneath a fixed all-caps label. The bar fills or depletes in sync with your set duration, giving your audience a clean, linear visual read of how much time remains or has passed. The minutes and seconds display sits just below the bar for instant readability. Choose between timer or countdown mode and set your exact duration, all from the Spotlight FX Effects Panel inside Premiere Pro without touching a single keyframe. Great for sports videos, fitness routines, gaming content, YouTube challenges, and any project that benefits from a straightforward, bold on-screen timer with a no-frills visual style.
